Toutes mes recettes répondent dans leur conception à 6 critères d’exigences :
- Critère n°1 : La facilité de réalisation :
- Critère n°2 : La performance énergétique avec des produits naturels et bio :
Ma réflexion porte sur un choix rigoureux de produits naturels bio permettant un apport en nutriments et micronutriments adaptés à la durée et à l’intensité de l’effort ciblé.
- Critère n°3 : la meilleure digestibilité possible :
La présence du gluten a été réduitr au maximum pour faciliter les problèmes de digestion. Chaque produit a été validé par une série de « tests terrain » à l’entrainement comme en compétition, tests réalisés par des compétiteurs avec une étude comparative en lien à des produits similaires du commerce habituellement utilisés sur la fenêtre d'utilisation. Cette phase de test est sans doute ce qui a permis à mes produits de très rapidement trouver un vif succès auprès des compétiteurs attestés par les très nombreuses références sur internet à travers des blogs ou forums spécialisés.
- Critère n°4 : Un rapport qualité/performance/prix incomparable :
L'important est d'obtenir un coût de revient plus avantageux que les produits équivalents du commerce avec un choix d’ingrédients simples, peu onéreux et d’origine BIO.
Les divers tests terrains montrent que l’efficacité d’un produit énergétique ne se mesure pas à la longueur de la liste des ingrédients au nom parfois « barbare » et des ajouts de complément alimentaires divers et variés.
- Critères n°5 : la facilité de conservation :
Une règle absolue : aucun ajout de conservateur !
- Critères n°6 : Une recherche d’optimisation sur les saveurs et les textures.
Saveur, texture ne sont pas négligée ! On peut s’alimenter en course de manière efficace, saine et gouteuse ! Avec un principe : aucun ingrédient inutile en terme de performance… Donc aucun colorant même d’origine bio, la couleur restant toujours propre aux aliments de base utilisés.
Le processus d'élaboration des recettes
Un aller retour permanent théorie/terrain avec en point de départ la théorie ...
Je ne suis pas sur une élaboration empirique d'un produit énergétique, chacun de mes produits est issu d'une réflexion basée sur le questionnement suivant :
- étape 1 :
Quelles sont les contraintes de l'effort d'endurance ( avec une réponse adaptée au ca s par cas calibrée sur une durée et une intensité donnée)
- étape 2 :
De quoi a-t-on besoin sur le plan nutritionnel pour palier et répondre à ces contraintes ?
- étape 3 :
Quels sont les produits naturels facilement disponibles en commerce de proximité qui peuvent répondre à ces besoins énergétiques ?
- étape 4 :
Quelles proportions choisir pour s'adapter au mieux aux besoins afin d'avoir un produit à haute valeur digestive et performant sur le plan énergétique
- étape 5 :
Quel ingrédients naturels éventuellement ajouter pour rendre le produit séduisant sur le plan organoleptique ( goût, texture ) sans en modifier la valeur nutritionnelle ?
- étape 6 :
Quelles démarches de réalisation de la recette proposer pour qu'elle soit simplissime à mettre en oeuvre ?
- étape 7 :
La validation : systématiquement le processus comprend une longue phase de test avec des compétiteurs souhaitant s'engager dans la démarche, en fonction des retours revenir sur l'ouvrage pour ajuster, retirer, compléter.

Bonjour,
J'ai testé ce weekend votre boisson d'éffort de moins de 2h et j'avis une question sur la teneur en jus de citron. Avec 2 citrons pour 1l, la boisson a un gout très marqué, n'y a-t-il pas un risque de douleur d'estomac du fait du citron.
Et sinon, concernant les autres boissons, je vois que bon nombres de produit d'Acérola en poudre ne sont pas purs, faut-il prendre de l'acérola pur (Sans Dextrose, maltodextrine, colorants et aromes ajoutées...

le citron peut être réduit pour des raisons de goput , en revanche aucun risque d'acidité puisque le citron n'est pas un fruit acidifiant malgré le "gout acide"
