    Bonjour,
    La température de cuisson du pain conseillée pour le pain essene (150°) est bien en dessous de celle indiquée ici (250-220°). Comment expliquez-vous cette différence? Merci

    ai testé la fabrication barre avec creme de riz, patates douces mais je trouve la consistance molle.comment la "durcir" un peu pour que cela tienne dans une poche de sac???merci,bonjour...

    Tout d'abord merci pour toutes ces infos intéressantes, qui correspondent parfaitement à ma vision personnelle et sportive de la nutrition.
    Une question pourtant : les quantités données dans les plages d'utilisation le sont pour un homme (?) d'environ 70-75 kg (?). Est- ce raisonnable d'extrapoler pour une femme de 50 kg toute mouillée et de diviser les quantités par 1,5 ?
    Ais-je raison de penser que par contre la perte hydrique/ h d'effort est moins impactée par cette différence de poids ?

    Bonsoir,
    Merci pour ce site, véritable encyclopédie que chaque sportif se doit de posséder !
    L'année prochaine, année de mes 40 ans, je compte "m'offrir" un marathon (Louvre-Lens) qui aura lieu mi-avril.
    Je commence à m'intéresser de près à l'alimentation que demande un tel effort et je veux éviter les produits industriels.
    Je compte sur un temps entre, pour être large, 4h à 4h30.
    Que conseillez vous comme recettes solides/liquides avant-pendant-après svp ?
    J'ai lu qu'une boisson d'attente pour un marathon était inutile.
    Sur quelle base liquide partir ? N°2 ou N°3 ?
    Conseillez vous de prendre un sac style trail afin d'avoir une poche à eau pouvant contenir jusqu'à 1l de liquide (en plus des ravitos eau "normale") ?

    Bonsoir,
    Durant une épreuve d'ultra trail de 40 à 60 h, donc Effort d'Ultra d'après le tableau ci dessus, vous nous conseillez donc de prendre les différentes barres, cakes et gels, ainsi que boissons. En plus d'être performantes, elles sont bonnes !!!
    Question bête (mais il n'y a pas de questions bêtes, il n'y a que réponses intelligentes ) vous nous conseillez de prendre aussi sur les ravitos, des pates, de la viande, etc .... ou on doit tourner qu'aux barres, cakes et gels, ainsi que boissons proposées ?

    Au cours d'une epreuve longue (plus de 8h heures), faut il consommer uniquement des boissons et des barres pour le long ou faut il consommer celles qui correspond à 2-3 h d'effort puis celles pour le long ?
